- 1. Nitrogen gas supply:
In the manufacture of nitro drinks, nitrogen gas is introduced into the liquid. This can be done during the making process or just before serving. Nitrogen is usually introduced from a tank or cartridge into the beverage to achieve the desired effects. - 2. Mixing and pressure:
The nitrogen gas is mixed with the liquid under high pressure. In Nitro On Tap Machines, like the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap Machine, this occurs in a specially designed tap system. The high pressure ensures that the gas is evenly distributed in the liquid, ensuring a consistent texture. - 3. Outlet through tap:
The nitrogen-enriched drink is served through a special tap. This tap, part of our NAIKO® Nitro Cocktails Dispenser, is equipped with a fine nozzle or diffuser. This component divides the drink into very small bubbles when served, creating a characteristic foam crown. - 4. Foaming and texture:
When serving, small nitrogen bubbles form, which are responsible for the dense foam and silky consistency. Since nitrogen does not dissolve as easily in liquids as carbon dioxide, the bubbles remain small and stable, creating the texture and mouthfeel characteristic of nitro drinks. - 5. Refrigeration:
Nitro drinks are served cold, as the low temperature helps stabilize the texture and foam.
- Unopened Condition:As long as the bag remains unopened, the contents can stay fresh for several months up to a year. The exact shelf life depends on the specific ingredients and the type of pasteurization or preservation.
- Opened state:After opening the bag, the contents usually stay fresh for several weeks. The bag’s airtight design minimizes contact with oxygen, slowing oxidation and preserving freshness. For drinks like NAIKO® Nitro Cocktails On Tap, freshness can be maintained for 6 to 8 weeks.
- 1. Less packaging material: The Bag in Box system uses significantly less material than glass bottles or metal containers. The inner bag is made of lightweight plastic, while the outer box is made of recyclable cardboard. This reduces resource consumption and waste.
- 2. Reduced transport emissions: Since Bag in Box packaging is lighter and more compact, it requires less space and weight during transport. This reduces CO₂ emissions, as more products can be transported at once and less energy is needed for transportation.
- 3. Space saving and efficiency: Empty Bag in Box containers take up less space than empty glass bottles or cans, resulting in a lower volume of waste and more efficient recycling.
- 4. Longer shelf life: The airtight design of the Bag in Box system extends the shelf life of the contents and thus reduces food waste. Longer-lasting products mean fewer frequent replacements and therefore less packaging waste.
- 5. Recyclable Components:The outer cardboard box is mostly completely recyclable. The plastic bag can also be recyclable, depending on local recycling possibilities and the type of plastic used.
- 1. Preparation: Make sure that the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap Machine is turned off. Check that the Bag in Box bag is intact and sealed. Open the outer box of the Bag in Box system and carefully remove the faucet or the outlet valve.
- 2. Fixing the adapter: The supplied adapter fits the outlet valve of the bag. Place the adapter on the faucet and make sure it is securely fastened.
- 3. Establishing the connection: Connect the other end of the adapter to the input of the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap Machine. Make sure all connections are secure and tight to prevent leakage.
- 4. Turning on the machine: Turn on the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap Machine and wait for the cooling to stabilize.
- 5. Test: Perform a brief test to make sure that the drink is flowing properly through the machine and that the foam is adjusted properly. Check for an even flow and the formation of fine foam.
- 6. Operation: Once everything is connected and tested correctly, you can use the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap Dispenser to serve the drink. The integrated tap allows for easy and controlled dispensing.

A traditional Espresso Martini is usually prepared by stirring the ingredients and serving them in a chilled Martini glass. The light foam that forms is the result of mixing the ingredients with ice. The taste is intense and strong, with a noticeable presence of coffee and a slight sweetness of the coffee liqueur. The texture of the classic Espresso Martini is relatively smooth, but without a special creaminess.
NAIKO® Nitro Espresso Martini On Tap:
Our NAIKO® Nitro Espresso Martini On Tap elevates the taste experience to a new level. When using the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap machine, the cocktail is enriched with nitrogen. This technique creates a dense, creamy foam layer and a silky texture that surpasses conventional Espresso Martini. The fine nitrogen bubbles give the cocktail an incomparable softness, leaving a particularly pleasant sensation on the palate.
- Less effervescence: The NAIKO® Nitro Espresso Martini On Tap is less effervescent than its conventional counterpart, resulting in an even smoother consistency.
- Aroma display: Nitrogen highlights the aromas of espresso and coffee liqueur optimally, intensifying a subtle sweetness.
- Cold temperature: The cold temperature of the Nitro service helps to perceive the flavor notes more clearly and intensely.
A conventional cocktail is usually prepared by shaking, stirring or mixing and then served in a glass. Depending on the recipe, it can offer a wide range of flavors, from fruity and sweet to bitter and spicy. The texture also varies, and cocktails often get a certain fizz by adding ice or carbonated ingredients such as tonic water or soda. Foam, if present, is formed during the mixing process and tends to disappear quickly.
NAIKO® Nitro Cocktail On Tap:
Our NAIKO® Nitro Cocktail On Tap is enriched with nitrogen using the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap machine. This method creates a crown of fine, creamy foam and a silky texture that surpasses that of conventional cocktails. The addition of nitrogen produces tiny bubbles that give the cocktail an unparalleled smoothness and make it seem less effervescent than drinks with CO₂.
- More intense aromas: Nitrogen bubbles help aromas to be perceived more intensely and clearly, without the additional interference of carbonation. This brings out the natural notes of the ingredients and offers a richer taste experience.
- More stable foam: The foam in a NAIKO® Nitro Cocktail On Tap stays stable for longer, which makes it visually more attractive and especially suitable for an elegant presentation.
In short, the NAIKO® Nitro Cocktail On Tap offers a more luxurious and refined consumption experience. The special technique of the NAIKO® Nitro On Tap machine gives it a unique texture and aromatic intensity that is not achieved in conventional cocktails. This innovative approach makes the NAIKO® Nitro Cocktail On Tap a special choice for those looking for a new and exciting taste experience. Our NAIKO® Nitro Cocktails/ Drinks On Tap offer an outstanding alternative to traditional cocktails, ideal for those looking for the special.
