Description The nitrogen of this machine is extracted directly from the ambient air, so no external gas cylinder or nitrogen supply is needed. Our Naiko Nitro dispenser system also cools the drink so that it can always be dispensed at 2°C at the time of serving. Even large quantities of up to 20 liters per hour can be cooled to 2°C thanks to our integrated dry cooling unit with a cooling coil of approximately 11 meters in length inside the machine. The addition of nitrogen at 4 bars corresponds to a smoothie process lasting several hours, which is unrivalled in terms of the fineness, creaminess and prolonged permanence of the Espresso Martini foam and which is unique in the world thanks to our patented process.
